We dry-age our beef in house, cut every order by hand, and cook the kind of food we feed our own family. Three generations later, the door still opens to neighbors — not customers. Babylon Village Meat Market was founded by Lenny and Barbara Popp right here on Deer Park Avenue. For over 40 years, we've been the neighborhood's butcher — cutting every piece to order, dry-aging our beef in-house, and treating every customer like family.

We're not a supermarket. We're a real butcher shop — where the person behind the counter knows your name, knows your order, and takes pride in every cut. That's what Our Block to Your Table means to us.
